Gloria Dawson

Gloria Dawson, Manager and President of Bias, helps artists attain their recording goals with her decades of studio experience. She enjoys watching the partnerships that grow between Bias’ staff and the talented musicians who consider the studio an essential part of their creative process.

As a founding member of both the Washington Area Music Association and the children’s charity, Guitars not Guns, she has both given back to the music community that sustains the DC scene, and hopes to give the gift of music to young people who can benefit from its positive influence.
