Alexander VanWoert
Alexander VanWoert is an audio engineer and adjunct professor at American University. Alexander received a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Arts & Technologies with a minor in Music Technologies at Penn State Behrend. He then went on to complete a Master’s of Arts in Audio Technologies at American University.
Since joining Bias Studios in 2021, Alexander has worked in numerous genres including rock, pop, jazz, folk, country, R&B, hip-hop, metal, Gospel, Reggae, Soul, Go-Go, and many more. He also has extensive experience in audio books and voice over recording. As a guitarist, bassist, and songwriter, he has been producing and playing in bands since 2017. The experiences of both playing and studying the recording process in various genres makes Alexander a versatile engineer which pairs well with his charming personality.
